With the constant threat of layoffs and restructuring, the workplace is becoming more stressful every day. For adults struggling with ADHD, this stress can present even more of a challenge These days there is no such thing as job security so you not only have to manage your ADHD, you also have to capitalize on your strengths and increase the value you bring to your organization.

If you want to leverage your strengths, increase your value, improve your productivity, and become a more marketable employee… This group may be for you!

Being on time

Organizing your workspace

Managing email

Processing paperwork

Structuring your workday

Planning and scheduling


This program is limited to 3 – 6 ADDers who need structure, strategies and support in the workplace.

This program is not for people who are newly diagnosed with ADHD, are struggling with untreated depression, anxiety, or other conditions that may affect their ability to fully participate and commit to coaching.

The group will meet via teleconference every other Wednesday 7 pm – 8 pm from May 6 to July 15. Group meetings will be 60 minutes and will consist of client-centered topics, goal setting, and strategies. With the support of the group and the coach, you will work through obstacles and design strategies to deal with your specific workplace difficulties.

This group requires a 3 month commitment. The cost for 3 months is: $199.00 for 6 group sessions
